Our history
The initiative 360, established in 2015, was spearheaded by CEO Karen Munro, who has always been dedicated to helping those in need. She has devoted countless hours to various charitable movements both within her community and in South America, often working alongside her family.
In 2023, a transformative life experience introduced her to individuals who embodied love, care, and compassion—qualities she has consistently extended to others. This profound experience deepened her commitment to philanthropy, inspiring her to expand the program's reach globally in order to assist even more people in need.
